Bri Baum
Twelve years working directly with families and individuals gave Bri a ground-level understanding of how stress, trauma, and difference shape people over time. She brings that experience, along with Gottman Method Couples Therapy training, into sessions that feel both evidence-grounded and genuinely human.
Ready to grow through life's challenges
I work with couples, families, and individuals navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and emotional disconnection. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and integrates the Gottman Method (Level 2 Certified), family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients improve communication, strengthen emotional regulation, and build healthier relationships. I also specialize in neurodiversity-affirming care for individuals with autism, ADHD, and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), supporting families through diagnosis, transitions, and everyday challenges. With 12 years as a special education teacher and experience working with incarcerated individuals and adolescents affected by trauma and addiction, I bring a compassionate, practical perspective that helps clients create meaningful, lasting change.
